The following components are covered under a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase:

Hydraulic gas lift cylinder (height adjustment )
1-Year Warranty
The following components are covered under a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase:
All mechanical parts and mechanisms
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Mesh materials
Rexine upholstery
Fabric upholstery
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
Cosmetic damages such as scratches, stains, or discoloration
Service Area
Warranty service is available only within Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Customers located outside Ahmedabad are not eligible for warranty service coverage.
